I've never done a comedy post before, but felt I had to thank Too Much Apple Pie blog for tipping me off about the hilarious Garfunkel & Oates. I'm not sure how well known they are in the US, but I had certainly never heard of them before, but then again I don't watch enough television. I'm going to address this in the New Year. Garfunkel & Oates are super cute and write really funny little songs on keyboards and acoustic guitars. Check out some of the videos on Youtube and have a listen to a couple of festive songs. Thank goodness year end letters aren't sent in the UK, or are they? I've got a comedy crush instead of an indiepop crush, for a change.

I think they are great! I can't decide which one is the cutest.. probably Kate. But this may change on a daily basis.
